　　When evaporating the material which is easy to precipitate crystallization, the scaling and blocking phenomenon of pipeline, plate evaporator and valve are easy to occur. Therefore, it is necessary to wash with water regularly to keep smooth, or take measures such as vacuum pumping to remedy.

　　Before repairing the evaporator, the pressure and material should be released, and the water should be washed to cool down to remove the residual corrosive liquid in the equipment.

　　After the evaporator is drained, open the manhole to replace the air and lower the temperature to below 36 ℃. At this time, the maintenance personnel can wear clothes to enter the maintenance, and the outside needs to be supervised to facilitate timely rescue in case of accident.

　　When repairing the evaporator, the materials should be discharged, cleaned with hot water, and then washed out with cold water. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the relevant valves can be closed, otherwise, blind plate shall be added to prevent materials from escaping and injuring people during maintenance.
